Hueward B. Neal is a Liberian, who became Vice President of the Rotaract Club of Monrovia twice. Hueward joined the Rotaract Club of Monrovia in 2010. The Rotaract Club of Monrovia is a youth service club of Rotary International, and was chartered in 2010 by the Rotary Club of Liberia.
Hueward served as Vice President of the Rotaract Club of Monrovia in 2010 and 2014, later becoming Club Administrator in 2011. During his tenure as Vice President, the Rotaract Club of Monrovia constructed a mini Library for a public school, the Soneiwen Community School in Monrovia. Books for the students were donated by the We-Care Foundation.
In 2014, Liberia was struck with the deadly Ebola virus, shifting Rotaract's Monrovia club planned to reaching out to communities to sensitize people of how they can prevent themselves from the deadly Ebola virus. During that period, Rotaract and its sponsoring club, the Rotary Club of Monrovia embark on sensitizing people of the virus and handling out Buckets, soap, chlorides, and sensitizers to help protect them from hygiene and from the Ebola virus.
